Account deletion

You can delete your Oplo account and your data at any time, without giving a reason and without contacting us first.
From the app
- Open Oplo and go to Profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Choose Account, then Delete my account.
- Confirm. Deletion is irreversible.
By email
If you no longer have access to the app, write to hello@oploguns.com from the address linked to your account. We verify your identity, then carry out the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your sessions, scores and statistics.
- Your gun rack: firearms, photographs, maintenance, ammunition stock.
- Your uploaded documents, licences, medical certificates and regulatory items.
- Your shooting log and saved exports.
- Your memberships, connections and shares.
Deletion is permanent. No restoration is possible. We recommend exporting your shooter file as a PDF before starting.
What is kept, and why

Attendance register entries kept by a club fall under that club's obligations and are not erased by the deletion of your personal account. Please contact your club directly regarding them.
Active subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. It is managed by the App Store or Google Play: cancel it from your device settings before deleting your account, otherwise charges would continue.
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → account menu → Payments and subscriptions
Timing
Deletion is immediate in the app. Complete erasure from our servers and backups happens within 30 days.
